Ralphs is the Southern California banner of Kroger, operating roughly 180 stores across the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. It codes cleanly as a U.S. supermarket for credit card networks, so grocery bonus cards earn their full rate. Ralphs is also part of the Kroger fuel points program (the chain runs co-located fuel centers in some locations), and the store sells third-party gift cards that can stretch a grocery multiplier into other spending categories.
