Phillips 66 is a U.S. refiner whose retail footprint covers more than 7,000 branded gas stations across three names: Phillips 66 in the central U.S., 76 on the West Coast, and Conoco in the Mountain West. All three brands code as gas at the pump, so any gas category bonus card (Costco Anywhere Visa, Citi Custom Cash on gas, Sam's Club Mastercard) will earn its multiplier.
