Venture X Business is built for companies with heavy, spread-out spending: 2x miles on everything, 10x on hotels and rental cars and 5x on flights and vacation rentals booked through Capital One Business Travel, all for a $395 annual fee. The $300 annual travel credit and 10,000 anniversary miles do most of the work offsetting that fee before you count Capital One Lounges, Capital One Landings, and Priority Pass access for the primary cardholder. Employee and virtual cards are unlimited and free, and employee spending also earns 2x, which is where a growing team gets real leverage. Two limits deserve attention: the 150,000 mile bonus demands $30,000 of spend in three months and is closed to anyone who holds or has held a Capital One business card, and complimentary guest access at lounges only unlocks after $75,000 of annual spend. If your business travels enough to use the $300 credit, the $100 Premier Collection credits, and the lounges, the math works; if not, the fee is hard to justify.
