Citi Prestige

Citi has stopped accepting applications for the Prestige, so it is only relevant to people who already hold one, and the decision is whether to renew rather than whether to apply. At $495 a year, that renewal only makes sense if you are actively using enough of what the card still delivers to clear the fee. Keep in mind that closing it is effectively permanent: with applications shut, you cannot pick the card back up later if you change your mind. If the fee no longer pencils out, ask Citi about a product change to a card that is still open before you cancel outright. For everyone else, treat this as reference material rather than a shopping option.
