The credits can outrun that fee on paper: $3,000 toward private charter flights booked through Atlas Travel, $1,000 for semi-private aviation with BLADE, JSX, Aero, and Slate, $1,000 toward business class fares on bookings of $5,000 or more, $1,000 for ticketed experiences, and a $200 Erewhon credit. Every one of those is shaped around a specific kind of spending, so the value is real only if private and semi-private aviation is already part of your travel pattern. Earning is thin outside the ecosystem: the 5 points per dollar rate applies only to bookings made through Atlas Travel, and everything else earns a flat 1 point per dollar, though at least there are no foreign transaction fees. Additional credits unlock at $100,000, $250,000, and $1,000,000 in annual spend, which tells you plainly who the card is built for.
