On paper the Atlas covers its own $3,000 annual fee with the $3,000 private charter credit alone, and then adds $1,000 for semi-private aviation, $1,000 toward business class flights on bookings of $5,000 or more, $1,000 for ticketed experiences, and a $200 Erewhon credit. That only holds if you genuinely fly charter and book through Atlas Travel, which is also the one place the card earns well, at 5 points per dollar. Lead Bank tripled the annual fee from $1,000 to $3,000 in June 2026, so the cost of misjudging your own usage went up sharply, and everything outside Atlas Travel earns a flat 1 point per dollar. The spend-unlocked credits make the intended customer clear: the extra airport, hotel and travel credits do not appear until $100,000, $250,000 and $1,000,000 in annual spend. If private aviation is not already part of your year, the credits are unusable and the $3,000 is just a fee.
