USAA Rewards pays 2 points per dollar on dining and gas with no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees, which covers two of the most common everyday spending categories without asking anything in return. The uncapped structure is a plus: unlike some category cards, there's no annual spending limit noted on those bonus rates. The limits are real, though. Everything outside dining and gas earns just 1 point per dollar, there's no signup bonus to get you started, and the card offers no intro APR window. The regular APR of 13.4% to 27.4% is unremarkable. It's a fine no-cost companion card for restaurants and fill-ups, but it isn't strong enough to anchor a wallet on its own.
