The Ink Business Premier is aimed at businesses that make large purchases: all spending earns 2% back, and single transactions of $5,000 or more earn 2.5%, which is an unusual structure and the main reason to pay the $195 annual fee. Travel booked through Chase Travel earns 5%, and the signup bonus is $1,000 after $10,000 in spend within three months. Protections are solid for a card at this price: up to $1,000 per claim in cell phone coverage, purchase protection for 120 days up to $10,000 per item, an extra year on eligible manufacturer warranties, and primary rental coverage up to $60,000 on business rentals, with employee cards at no cost. There are no foreign transaction fees, so international purchasing does not get taxed. The math only works if your volume is high, though, because a no-fee 2% business card gets you most of the way there unless you regularly push single charges above $5,000.
