USAA Rate Advantage

The Rate Advantage is a balance transfer card first and foremost: 0% intro APR on transfers through the March 2028 billing cycle, with no annual fee. The deadline matters, though, because transfers must post by November 30, 2026 to get the full window, and each one carries a 5% transfer fee. Once the intro period ends, the regular APR starts as low as 10.4% (up to 24.4%), which is a reasonable fallback if you still carry a balance. The catch is that it earns no rewards at all, so there is little reason to swipe it for everyday purchases. Open it to pay down existing debt at a low cost, and use a rewards card for your regular spending.
