Ongoing APRs of 14.74% to 18% are low for a travel card, there's no foreign transaction fee, and Navy Federal charges no balance transfer fees. The limits are real, though: the points are worth about a cent each rather than transferable to airline partners, and lounge access isn't part of the package, so this is a value card rather than a premium one.
